Another light post (prepared in advance as I travel), National Geographic Channel has a really fun Fossil Hunt game promoting their Dinosaur Discoveries series Sunday night. It’s sort of like mahjong meets fossil discovery, and for any closet dino fans, it’s a good time.
One other note: on the site, they have this apatosaurus or whatever dinosaur it is slowly marching across the title. It’s strangely soothing – I love that little touch there.
Last note: it’s a client. Full disclosure. But I’m only posting it because I got sucked into the game and wasted far more time than I ever thought I would. On a scale of 1 to Bogglific (the new Scrabulous of Facebook), it’s in that healthy 6-7 range.
Oh, and regarding another client, I also meant to post this Aint it Cool News petition to save Journeyman on NBC. I’m a little late for the post, but you really need to give the show a shot. There’s nothing too brainy about it, but it’s one of the more compelling dramas on the air (and on the chopping block, most likely).
