Here’s a great idea if you have an ongoing relationship with your customers: ask them if they could perchance be spending even more money with you?
That’s what Verizon Wireless did in a recent e-mail blast. Of course, one might call and find out they’re spending too much, but we of course know better. Still, for the unassuming consumer, it sounds like a warm, fuzzy greeting from their friends at Verizon. Look how happy that dude is checking out his phone.
