I’m here in Avon, Colorado at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek for Frost & Sullivan’s Marketing World 2008 where I’ll be a track chair. Yesterday I flew into Vail and drove through Eagle Creek where I took a few photos along the way, first stumbling into a small town where there’s a fun public art project, then driving alongside the creek, and catching an outdoor art show full of Native Americans, landscapes, American flags, and wildlife sculptures.
While I plan to blog more about the conference itself, here’s a snapshot of my own take on Americana, some of it taken through the car window while driving. Next time I want to do that, I should probably let someone else drive.
