Today’s Search Insider covers the new Dell blog and some lessons any corporate blogger (and especially potential corporate blogger) can learn from the endeavor. All in all, Dell’s doing a lot of things right, especially by listening first and blogging later.
For me, the best part of a company like Dell blogging is that it feels so human. Businesses don’t blog; people do. As I write in the article, "Dell’s corporate sites give it a search presence; the blog gives it a voice."
