    Oh gee. Can’t get over that Niman Ranch ribeye. Mustard butter with brown sugar glaze? Wow. Thanks for the pics. I always think of Austin in the spring-time…

    They carmelize it on with a creme brulee torch. One of the best things I’ve
    ever eaten.
